- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I set up an auto payment plan and State Farm took $429.00 more than what the plan was set up for. I called the agency spoke with rep and she said she had suspended payment but they still took the money out of my account. My payment was $166.00. Now I'm short on rent be careful. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I usually don't write reviews, but my experience with this office was horrible. I have been with State Farm for 3 years. My policies were moved to this office due to the proximity of my house, not by my choice. I had an incident where I added a vehicle on the app and it wasn't added for about 2 months. They acknowledged it was their error and I was promised it would never happen again. I have been lenient because we have had many additions and removals over the last year. However, it has been 60 days since I requested 2 removals. I have been told it is an underwriting issue. I have asked for updates almost weekly by email or phone. I tried to switch to another office, but kept getting "We will fix this". My bill for the last month was 845.00! Mostly due to the individual that was supposed to have been taken off my policy and the 2 vehicles (both sold) that were never removed. The billing was suspended, so I did not pay that amount. But, had I not been watching my policy almost daily, it would have billed. I finally had enough and switched to an entirely different company yesterday. 1. This office does not answer their phones or return calls very well. 2. They do not take care of their policies. 3. The only thing you will get are excuses.By Brandi Ward, March 27, 2017
