  So I went to do my taxes at the West Valley location and I was told that my taxes would cost $150, however I would get $100 gift card so really my taxes would cost about $50 and I was like okay cool that works because at least I get the hundred dollars back and it's only $50. So this was my first time ever working with them and I will never do it again the person who was filing my taxes told me the amount that I was paying was 150 and then her computer screen was not facing towards me so I couldn't see the amounts but I trusted her because what reason would she have to lie to me however after I signed everything and I get home and I'm like huh that's weird I only got a $50 gift card maybe they messed up I'll just give them a call it was impossible to reach them and then I called their customer service and got a call back from the manager and the manager said well I wasn't there so I'm not sure if there's anything we can do , so then after that I get a call from the manager and the manager tells me well you signed the paperwork and I said yeah she had her computer screen swear I couldn't see it and she told me this sign this box on the screen so I did because she told me that my fees were a hundred and fifty like she had previously discussed and she said well you're taxes already filed and there's nothing we can do about it and we gave you a significant discount and I told her I don't care about the discount  I didnt want to pay more than $50 to do my taxes, I told her if it was going to be any more than the 150 she said that I would  go to TurboTax and just done it for $34. The manager says because we weren't there and we don't know what happened there's nothing we can do and when I request to speak to her manager she says that's not possible. This was the worst experience ever I will never filed my taxes through Jackson Hewitt ever again they are liars and they don't stand by their word and that's not something that I would ever want to the experience in any customer service aspect let alone somebody handling my taxes. Point being I didn't want to pay more then $50 after I got the hundred back and it gift card form and my taxes ended up costing me $250 with $50 back in a gift card so I paid $200 when I expected to pay $50 so I am really upset that I got lied to and the fact that the management really didn't care made me even more mad period do yourself a favor go to H&R Block or do your taxes on your own because Jackson Hewitt will just screw you over.

  The address listed for this location is not accurate (not even on the Jackson Hewitt website). When I arrived, the sign was covered with a plastic banner that was not even English. It would be nice if they would update their website and their information, as the 800 number still listed them at this address. Due to their inaccurate information and the 800 number stating they were open on Sunday (which was wrong), I ended up at H&R Block instead.
