  Almost ready to change banks, the last 3 time's going to this branch they have messed up my deposit. Then try to make it my fault, they do not know what they are doing and are rude. A few months ago before they changed to new people it was great. Us bank seems to be going down hill. I will go out of my way to go to another branch now shouldn't have to do that. That's the only way I will stay with this bank.

  I wish I could give this branch zero stars. This branch has zero customer service. US Bank is a great bank but this branch does not care about their customers at all. They are very slow, I'm always on hold for at least 15 minutes when I call in, and resolving issues with them takes weeks before they will make effort towards corrections. When I first set up my account I set up two accounts and was required to put $25 in each account to open them. The manager took my $50 cash told me the funds would be in the account and available for use within the hour, then I spent two weeks calling them trying to get them to put the money into my account, because they didn't actually make the deposit. They are also not knowledgeable about their credit cards or fees that are associated with the accounts. During my first visit I also applied for a credit card. They told me I was approved and would be getting my card in the mail. Two weeks later instead of a credit card I got a notice that I was actually declined for the credit card. Turns out after they told me I was approved for the credit card they found out I was declined and tried applying me for two other (different) types of credit cards. I got rejection letters for each attempt. When I called them about it they continued to tell me I had been approved even though I had gotten the rejection letters and had not gotten a credit card. This caused fees to accumulate as having the open credit line (which I didn't have) would have stopped those fees. I was told that on a savings account I can make six mobile withdrawals each month before I get a fee. I was also told that deposits or withdrawals from the bank or an ATM would not count toward those six. This last month I had received two fees for too many withdrawals even though I had only made five withdrawals total. Come to find out when I called it's really five withdrawals not six but I still was not over my limit and should not have received a fee. This was confirmed when I called another branch about the issue, but this branch would not refund my fees. Thankfully there are other US Bank branches close by that I can go to. I have been to several other branches and they are all very helpful. I have never had an issue with US Bank unless this branch is involved. If I had the choice to never come to this branch again I would gladly work with another branch. Unfortunately I am stuck dealing with them because they are the branch I originally opened my account with. I'm considering closing my accounts just so I can reopen them with another branch who is more helpful.
