Ever since I have been a member, I have had CONSTANT issues with several things including transferring money, my money being held for no reason, horrible online banking, and terrible customer service. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After being with Utah Central C.U. for approximately 1 year I have experienced an inexcusable situation that has yet to be resolved. I made 2 payments on my Visa credit card. 1 payment in cash and 1 transfer from my checking account. It has been 4 days and the payments have yet to be posted. They did however take the money immediately from my account. I am still waiting for my money. There is no good excuse. They haven't heard the last of me.By Wayne Croft, October 16, 2016

THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. THE PHONE NUMBER AUTOMATICALLY SENDS YOU TO A NUMBER THAT NEVER ANSWERS, WITH A CONSTANT RECORDING, AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS.
