  Horrible customer service. Called to inquire about tires and employee acted put out I was asking about merchandise in stock I was interested in purchasing. He put new on hold to go look at what were available but not before hollering to another employee about having to go look for me. After five minutes on hold a lady came on the line asking if she could help me. I informed her that I was waiting to find out information on available tires. She informed me that they couldn't get me that information as there was bikes in front of the tires and it was almost time to start closing up so they couldn't take the time to help me. It was fifteen minutes before closing, still plenty of time to help a potential customer. Even after informing her I was from out of town and wanted to come but then tonight as I was in town if they had what I needed she informed me I would have to call back tomorrow for information and hung up.

  We went in here to see if they had an amp cord. Anthony went over all the settings on the amp with us. He didnt have to. He wanted us to kow what we had and how to use it. Then he sold us the cord we needed at a great price. Awesome customer service. Thank you Anthony.

  There team are totally Awesome :) And I gave them a five star. I will always go To this pawn shop cause there honest and fair And if your late on a payment ? Or a lay away They go above & beyond to call you for a reminder I currently have a gun that I purchased that's on Lay away. And I believe the worker there. His name Is Garret. Very friendly & went above to show me Different options. And explain the gun to me. Also gave me a discount on the gun. :) very happy With there service. David. L
